"Comparative atmospheric H2SO4 and H2SO4 + H2O2 leaching experiments were performed using a Turkish lateritic nickel ore containing 1.52% Ni. In the leaching tests; acid concentration, temperature and leaching time were considered as main variables and the dissolution behaviour of the ore were studied by Ni, Fe, Co and Mg analyses. The dissolution values in the H2SO4 leaching experiments were observed to increase up to 60% (w/w) acid concentration and a temperature of 95°C. Increase of H2SO4 concentration above 60% at 95°C caused decreases in all the dissolution values and this was attributed to the formation of Fe2(SO4)3 and Fe2(SO4)3•HSO4•H2O type compounds. At the considered optimum H2SO4 leaching conditions ([H2SO4]= 45%, T=95°C, t=45 min); dissolution values reached for Mg, Ni, Fe and Co were determined as 99.12%, 95.58%, 92.63% and 78.37%, respectively. An activation energy of 30.57 kJ/mole was determined for nickel dissolution from the evaluation of the kinetic data obtained for H2SO4 leaching showing that the dissolution was controlled by external diffusion and chemical reactions. Caro’s acid solutions were prepared at H2SO4/H2O2 mole ratio of 3 for varying initial H2SO4 concentrations and leaching tests were performed at 25°C. Co behaved very differently and a dissolution value of 83.94% was obtained even at 5% acid concentration in 60 minutes reaction time. Complete dissolution of Co was obtained after 30 minutes of reaction time at 60% initial H2SO4 concentration and the corresponding dissolution values for Mg, Ni, and Fe were reached to 96.16%, 94.27% and 89.46%, respectively. Although the H2SO4 + H2O2 leaching experiments were conducted at 25°C, it was realized that the temperature of the leaching medium was increased to 122°C after four minutes of reaction time due to probable exothermic reaction(s) at 60% initial acid concentration."

Lead in environment often causes a serious health hazard. The removal of Pb2+ from aqueous phase is a beneficial project. In this paper, deposited Saccharomyces cerevisiae (S.c.) was chosen as adsorbent, Pb2+ ions as adsorbate, and the process of biosorption was studied. The dynamics of the adsorption was investigated. The adsorption mechanism of Pb2+ by S.c. cells was also investigated by detecting microstructure, zeta potential under different pH value, FT-IR spectra of the S.c. particles before and after biosorption. It was shown that the biosorption of Pb2+ by deposited S. c. is a rapid process, and the adsorbing equilibrium is reached within 10 minutes. The Zero point of zeta potential of S.c. cells is pH=3.3. When 2.0<pH<3.3, there exists biosorption (biosorption rate 76%~88%), which means static bio-sorption been not the only kind of biosorption. FT-IR spectrum analysis showed that groups on bacteria surface were mainly characteristic groups of protein and amylase; oxo-groups and nitric-groups on S.c. cell surface could chelate with heavy metal ions. Chemical adsorption might exist in the process.

Magnesium borates of varying compositions and properties are synthesized using different reagents and methods for the possible potential uses as termoluminescent material, anti-wear and anti-friction additive, fire retardant, catalyst for the conversion of hydrocarbons, whisker material and ferroelastic material. In the current work, the conditions for synthesizing MgB4O7 compound by high-temperature solid-state reactions were investigated using boric acid and magnesium oxide as the starting materials. The MgO:B2O3 mole ratios applied in the experiments were 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 and the thermal behaviours of each mixture were studied between 25~1200°C by TG/DTA analyses under static air atmosphere to find out the probable formation temperature of MgB4O7 phase. Considering TG/DTA results, freshly prepared boric acid and magnesium oxide solid mixtures were heated at predeter-mined temperatures and the phases were identified by XRD analyses. Accordingly, MgO:B2O3 mole ratio of 1:2, heating temperature of 950°C and a reaction time of 2 hours were selected as the optimum conditions for the formation of maximum amounts of MgB4O7. After obtaining solids prepared at the pre-determined optimum conditions, their chemical composition, IR spectrum, TG/DTA pattern, B.E.T. surface area value, particle size distribution and SEM images were deter-mined to point out the possible use areas. Experimental results showed that it was not possible to obtain pure product at the optimum conditions due to formation of minor amounts of t-Mg2B2O5 and the presence of some unreacted B2O3. The product synthesized has the potential for use as a corrosion inhibitor on some metal surfaces.

Attempt was taken in this study to explore the misplacement phenomena in binary mixture in solid-liquid fluidisation system. The binary mixtures of hematite and quartz particles at different sizes were taken. The closed size range particles were taken to minimize the size and shape effect in fluidization. As both the minerals have appreciable density difference, the separation of both minerals with closed size range has an advantage. The experiments were conducted in different permutation and combination of different sizes of binary mixture to observe the fluidization phenomena. The samples were taken at different heights in fluidized zones and analyzed the distribution of particles of both minerals. The fluidization characteristics were evaluated with respect to operating and design parameters. It has been observed that when the terminal velocity of quartz and hematite particles is same or near to each other, then misplacement is significant. In general, the segregation index value is near to one, complete segregation takes place whereas this value is near to zero, complete mixing takes place. The experimental data were used to find out the segregation index for different size ratios of quartz and hematite particles and the values are within 0-1. When the size ratio is 1 or less, complete segregation takes place whereas this ratio is within 1.0-1.4, partial mixing takes place. Similarly, when the size ratio is within 1.4-2.0, complete mixing takes place whereas this ratio is within 2.0-4.6, then it moves towards complete segregation in inversion manner. According to the difficulty of dolomite removal from collophanite,normal-reverse floatation process has been adopted in floatation with the use of highly selective collector G-4 and depressant S721. Good indexes of flotation have been obtained with the run-of-mine ore containing 17.96 % P2O5 and 2.31 % MgO being upgraded to a concentrate containing more than 30% P2O5 and less than 1% MgO. The reagent interaction mechanism in low grade collophanite flotation has been stu-died by FTIR analysis and theoretical calculation. The results indicate that the interaction between collector G-4 and collophanite is the result of chemical adsorption in combination with physical ad-sorption with chemical adsorption playing the major role. Depressant S721 adsorbs on dolomite surface to form a water film and effectively depresses the flotation of dolomite and reduces the MgO content in the concentrate.

The Mount Isa copper concentrator started operation in 1973. Its secondary grinding circuit consisted of two 5 meters diameter ball mills in closed circuit with 505 mm cyclones. At the design throughput of 800 t/h, the 80% passing size of the circuit product (P80) was about 140 µm. The then Mount Isa Mines Limited (?MIM?) installed two autogenous grinding (?AG?) mills in 1991 to replace two stages of crushing, a rod milling stage and one primary ball milling stage. One of the AG mills was later converted to semi-autogenous grinding (?SAG?) operation by the addition of a steel grinding medium to achieve the designed plant throughput of 800 t/h. The cyclone over-flow P80of the secondary ball mill circuit was reduced to 120 µm by the increased operating power in the AG/SAG mill circuits. The two secondary balls mills had a grinding power of 5.2 MW. A mineralogical study of the milled products indicated that half of this grinding power was sufficient for adequate chalcopyrite liberation. Eliminating one of the secondary ball mills could reduce energy and operating costs by more than A$2 million dollars per year. An optimisation project team was established to achieve the predicted power saving. Grinding circuit simulations were conducted for different circuit configurations. Ball mill parameters such as ball size, ball charge and feed slurry density were optimised. Cyclone body diameter, spigot and vortex finder sizes, and cyclone types were tested. The secondary ball mill circuit was redesigned and several proposed circuits were run as trial production campaigns to determine their operability and efficiency. The plant trials confirmed that one of the secondary ball mills could be decommissioned. Significant cost savings were achieved as a result. The success of the project demonstrates optimising grinding circuits can not only deliver the plant performance, but also a much lower unit operating cost through energy and maintenance savings.

The kaolin losses in hydrocyclone classification are determined by the fines, which are discharged together with the water to the underflow. This paper presents an improved technique of water injection to the conical part of the cyclone applied especially for small cyclones in kaolin preparation. In small hydrocyclones water, injection is a sensitive process. Therefore, the process was stabilized by controlled water injection dependent on the measurement of the underflow shape. Three applications of this innovation are presented. In the first case, the water injection is applied for the separation stage in dilute suspension where the final product is produced in the overflow of a 50mm hydrocyclone. The underflow contains sand and residual kaolin. For a higher kaolin recovery, the underflow is usually treated downstream in washing cyclones. The wash water injection results in a 45 ? 50% - reduction of the kaolin fraction <25µm in the underflow. Thus, water injection to the classifying cyclone leads to a separation comparable with a downstream washing stage. An additional hydrocyclone stage can be deleted. The second application refers to a classification in dense suspension. Here, the underflow of the last hydrocyclone stage was directed to a washing in a 50mm hydrocyclone. The additional injection of 3L/min water in to the conical part of the cyclone reduced the kaolin losses by half.The third application was executed in the washing stage equipped with 75mm hydrocyclones where the underflow is directed to flotation. "The results of POX of refractory gold-bearing concentrates using halide-ion as a lixiviant for precious metals and activated carbon as an adsorbent are given. It was found that gold did not recover to the solution when halide was added during POX. Silver partially dissolved in the solution. When halide-based reagents and activated carbon were added during POX, gold dissolved and loaded onto the activated carbon. The degree of sulfides oxidation was 99.3-99.6%. The recovery of gold onto granulated carbon was 94.7-94.8% when using chlorine-bearing lixiviants: NaCL, CaCL and carnalite and 98-99% when using KJ and KBr. This treatment process of refractory gold-bearing concentrates combines sulfide oxidation, dissolution and adsorption of precious metals. The results of the metals recovery achieved using this process can be compared with the recovery during POX-cyanidation. In this case, sodium cyanide was not used. This allows the reduction of capital and operational costs due to the absence of cyanidation, CIL and detoxification of leaching tailings circuits."

The majority of the world?s nickel (Ni) resources occur as laterite ores, which are exceptionally complex, lower grade (<1.5% Ni) and expensive to treat using conventional smelting and high temperature/pressure autoclave methods. Heap leaching is a promising, less costly, alternative technology for processing low grade nickel laterite ores. However, significant technical challenges remain with Nickel laterite heap leaching, preventing its general adoption. This paper presents some highlights of laboratory column leaching studies undertaken to characterise, evaluate and optimise sulphuric acid leaching behaviour of Nickel laterite agglomerates. They provide basic but valuable information regarding Nickel laterite agglomerate structure stability and leaching performance under industrially-relevant, continuous acid irrigation conditions. In particular, Nickel and other key metals? (e.g. Co, Fe, Al and Mn) extraction rates, free acid concentration, bed slump and structural changes were determined at a given acid percolation rate as a function of time. Potential implications of the findings, for devising strategies for improved Nickel laterite plant heap leach operations are discussed. "Over 50 mln.tonne is the average annual output of oxidized ferruginous quartzites typically containing Fe38-42% mined in Mikhailovskoye ore field. The most promising and cost-effective way to expand concentrate production maintaining current output of magnetite is processing of oxidized ferruginous quartzites (hereinafter referred to as OFQ) mined as a by-product in Mikhailovsky open pit mine. However lack of proven and efficient concentration and agglomeration process applicable to OFQ and insufficient data for feasibility evaluation of OFQ processing encumbered full-scale addressing of this challenge. Based on outcomes of multiple various studies a process of OFQ flotation was designed by MC Metalloinvest LLC and PJSC Mikhailovsky GOK engineers. Comparative lab-scale testwork have proven performance and production advantages of flotation against magnetic separation feat. flotation and combined concentration method. Lab-scale flotation enabled production of concentrate with average Fe66.6% and SiO22.06% grade. Geologic and production contouring of OFQ deposited in Mikhailovskoye ore field has been carried out to collect necessary data for feasibility study incl. cost and profit estimation. As a result processing and production properties of over 3,500 samples have been analyzed which is characteristic of every direction and level of prospective ore mining within Mikhailovskoye ore field up to year 2032. Following work has been done based on geologic and production contouring of OFQ: – natural typification of ores and production (processing) grades of OFQ, determination of average mineral composition; – correlation analysis of interrelation between OFQ mineral composition and processing features thereof for overall bulk of samples as well as for individual data blocks related to various directions of open pit mine; – OFQ classification with account of defined mineral composition and processing features. Total Fe weight content in chamber product of flotation (known as concentrating ability in flotation) was applied as a major differentiating factor for processing grade classification of OFQ. Three processing grades of oxidized ferruginous quartzites were established as a result of flotation tests run to determine concentrating ability, i.e. – hard concentrated OFQ (TO) – below Fe65%; – mean concentrated OFQ (SO) – Fe65-67%; – easy concentrated OFQ (LO) – over Fe67%. Outcome of this work provided initial data for feasibility study and cost-profit evaluation of medium-term industrial-scale processing of OFQ deposited in Mikhailovskoye ore field."

Vertical ring and Pulsating Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separator (VP-WHIMS) is widely used for week magnetic mineral beneficiation or ferrous impurity removal from non-metallic minerals. Because of the complexity of this machine, mathematical modelling of its process is complicated and time consuming. In this paper, artificial neural network (ANN) and response surface methodology (RSM) were applied to evaluate the VP-WHIMS performance and optimize its main operating parameters in beneficiating of the Chadormalu hematite sample. The operational parameters of this magnetic separator are considered as: magnetic field intensity (2500-8500 gauss), pulsating frequency (20-100 %max), ring rotation speed (0.6-4.6 r/min) and slurry concentration (15-35 w/w %). Concentrate grade and recoveries (weight and Fe) are monitored as responses. Centre composite design (CCD) was used for experimental study. Four process variables were set using small CCD. Eight star points (a=±1), eight axial points (a=±2) and five replicates at the centre point (a=0) were chosen as experimental points. In ANN system, the best network topology was obtained as (4-5-3). "Nowadays, long periods of relatively low iron ore prices have made the steel industry get the greater pressure. To develop appropriate processing technology based on characteristics of the iron ore, so as to reduce the beneficiation costs, is crucial to the improvement of iron and steel enterprise competition. For a typical low-grade iron ore from northeast China, beneficiation process research was conducted based on the in-depth studies of ore characteristics. Results show that the iron grade of the ore was 31.56%, the content of FeO was 6.59%, the main iron minerals were hematite and magnetite with fine dissemination sizes and partly scattering in gangue; With the grinding fineness of 65% passing 0.074mm, and regrinding fineness of 90% passing 0.074mm, the concentrate with 66.80% iron and recovery of 82.90% was obtained via the combined flowsheet of stage grinding – classification – gravity concentration – low and high intensity magnetic separation – reverse flotation. Ratios of gravity concentration and low intensity magnetic separation were 70.21% and 7.57% respectively in 40.42% of total concentrate yield; The loss of micro-size fractions can be reduced by feeding spiral tailings into magnetic separation and flotation; It’s helpful in reducing the dosage of reagents and beneficiation costs by increasing the throughput of gravity concentration and outputting concentrate of low intensity magnetic separation.INTRODUCTION Iron and steel industries are facing the increasing pressures in the continued falling iron ore prices. In order to improve the competitiveness, it is extremely urgent for them to develop more appropriate separation process for the reduction in iron ore beneficiation cost. As a typical low-grade iron ore, Anshan-type iron ore is one of the most important iron ore resources in China [1-3]. The flowsheet of stage grinding and separation contained the classification of the coarse particles and the fine particles, the gravity concentration, the magnetic separation and the anionic reverse flotation has been widely applied for Anshan-type iron ore. With the appropriate separation progress as well as equipment, satisfactory separation results had been obtained, and mineral particles with different size were recovered separately [4-7]. However, the low recovery of fine mineral particles and the relatively high beneficiation costs still prevented the efficient application of the process [8]. For a Anshan-type low-grade iron ore, a typical process flowsheet, as mentioned earlier, with stage grading, classification of the coarse particles and the fine particles, gravity concentration, magnetic separation, anionic reverse flotation was adopted currently. And the concentrate with 67.10% iron and recovery of 75.50% was obtained and the gravity concentrate accounted for 39% of the total concentrate. However, a large amount of fine liberated iron ore particles were lost in the tailings."

The performance of Knelson Concentrators (KC) used in gravity gold circuits often rely on manufacturers recommendations for selecting operating parameters such as, fluidising water flow rate and cycle time. These parameters are not only dependent on the machine parameters but also on the feed characteristics such as, size distribution of the gold and gangue particles and the composition of its constituent minerals. Particles entering a KC experience a centrifugal acceleration due to the high bowl rotational speeds. The required centripetal force to maintain a circular orbit is provided by the fluid drag force created by inwardly moving fluidising water and the Bagnold?s force arising from the particle/particle collisions. When the fluidising water flow rate is low particles move towards the outer rim of the bowl forming a packed bed within the grooves. On the other hand, if the fluidizing water flowrate is high the bed expands and some particles would move towards the centre of the bowl and gets carried to the tailings stream, thereby reducing the amount of material retained within the grooves of the bowl. Based on a force balance on a particle captured within the KC, a criterion which can be used to predict the amount of material recovered in the bowl has been derived and validated by experimental data. It has been shown that this criterion may be used to demarcate the transition of the bed from a packed-bed state to a fluidised state depending on the fluidizing water flowrate. By identifying the conditions for the optimal expansion of the bed comprising different constituent mineral particles, it is possible to estimate the optimal fluidising water flow rate that would maximise gold recovery while minimising gangue recovery. It was also observed that the accumulation of valuable mineral in the bowl takes place by the displacement of the gangue particles in the bed by the incoming heavy mineral particles. The kinetics of this segregation process was also studied using synthetic mineral mixtures. The experimental data suggests that this process follows first order kinetics and that the build up of heavy mineral reaches a maximum which could be used to identify the optimal cycle time. Dense medium cyclones have been in use for washing coarse and small coals for more than 50 years. There have been modifications in its design and today these units have become indispensable for washing of Indian coals possessing difficult washing characteristics. About 53 percent of the Indian coals (coking and non-coking) are being washed in jigs, about 38 per cent are washed in dense medium cyclones while the remaining 9 per cent is treated in other units like Barrel Washers, Heavy Media Baths and Drum Separators etc. The present paper deals with the attempts made for design of industrial Dense Medium Cyclones for enhanced coal recovery. Two industrial units of 500 mm diameter and 650 mm diameter were designed with their washing capacities being 200 m3/hr and 350 m3/hr, respectively. The results of the pilot tests conducted on 500 mm cyclone treating very high Near Gravity Material coals crushed to -3.0+0.5 mm gave an ash reduction of up to 19.5 percent with the new design i.e., from a feed ash of 34.5 percent to 15.06 percent in clean coal with an appreciable yield of 45 percent in one stage.

The multi-gravity separator (MGS) is a novel piece of equipment for the separation of fine and ultra-fine minerals. However, the published literature does not demonstrate its use in the separation of Iron ore fines. Therefore, an attempt was made to study the effects of different process variables on the performance of an MGS for the beneficiation of Iron ore fines. The results obtained from this study revealed that among the parameters studied, drum rotation, amount of wash water and angle of inclination play dominating roles in controlling the yield and grade of the Iron ore. The majority of the newly developed Multi gravity concentrators have tremendous potentials for various applications. Therefore, the performance evaluation of these concentrators treating various minerals, coals, heavy metal recovery from tailing dams, etc., have become an active research topic. Several attempts have also been made to develop appropriate mathematical models of individual concentrators. Despite all these efforts, these concentrators have yet to find the widespread applications they deserve. The ?as received? sample assayed 40.80% Fe, 40.90% SiO2,0.24% Al2O3and 0.20 % LOI and all other trace elements within the specified range. The current paper deals with the Mineralogical studies, characterization and process amenability studies of Sub grade Iron ore from Deposit No. 5, Bacheli complex of Bailadila using Multi Gravity Separator (MGS).

"Electrokinetic soil remediation by electroosmosis and ionic migration is restricted to soluble substances. At a higher pH, the soil particles sorb more heavy metals than at a lower pH and the precipitation of heavy metals are promoted. Both mechanisms make heavy metals immobile, rendering cleanup more difficult and electrokinetic extraction inefficient.In this study, the effectiveness of introducing a complexing agent to enhance the removal of cadmium from kaolinite in the region of neutral pH by ionic migration is examined. The complexing agent selected was ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). The investigation was carried out in a laboratory-scale column containing kaolinite contaminated with cadmium. As the results of the study, cadmium migrates toward the anode without accumulation of cadmium and is successfully removed at the anode reservoir."

This investigation is concerned with the optimization of ultrafine grinding of solids. It is focused on a dynamic classifier for recovering the fine fraction, for automatic recycling of the oversize particles and for reducing power consumption. Power consumption plays a major role in these energy intensive processes and depends on several parameters such as nature of the solid, degree of fineness of the finished product and, above all, grain size of the feed. This study indicates the optimal conditions for a dynamic classifier, that is, geometric characteristics of the apparatus and its capacity, inlet air flow rate and dimensions of the classification circuit. It is also shown that a mean grain diameter (dm) of about 2.00 µm with top size (dmax) of 50 µm can be achieved with an imperfection value of below 0.40 and energy consumption of 215 kWht-1. "The optimization of the copper recovery from smelting slag by a process of comminution / flotation has been a widely discussed topic during the last few decades. Several studies covering the characterization of different types of slag, the impact of the slag cooling rate and of different flotation operating conditions on the flotation performance have been widely published. Currently, at El Soldado mine site (Angloamerican), there are large copper bearing slag deposits that can be a profitable alternative for the concentrator with capacity to treat this material. Under this process schema, the optimization of the flotation process to obtain better copper recoveries is a relevant topic of study. The aim of this study is to assess the efficiency of a sulfidation stage of a slag and to correlate that process with copper recoveries results in a flotation circuit. This article presents a detailed examination at both laboratory and plant scales of the slag sulfidation on the recovery of copper in the flotation process. The experimental methodology involves studying the effect of the sulfidation agent dosage, the pH, the particle size distribution of the flotation feed and the conditioning time. Furthermore, the performance of the sulfidation stage was analysed through the XPS analytical technique. It was observed that the sulfidation of particles in floatable size fractions correlated well with the increase in copper recovery. The results indicated that it is possible to increase between 2 to 4 points the total copper recovery with a sulfidation process implemented appropriately."

"Chelopech concentrator (part of Dundee Precious Metals) is located in central-western Bulgaria. The current process plant utilizes conventional primary crushing and SAG mill grinding, copper and pyrite rougher and cleaner flotation stages to produce a marketable gold-rich copper and pyrite concentrates. As in the most processing plants, the pyrite depression is carried out alkaline media using lime. The subsequent activation of pyrite mineral is achieved by adding sulfuric acid, which has an adverse effect on the flotation equipment. Therefore, a series of laboratory flotation experiment for activation of lime depressed pyrite by ammonium salts, such as ammonium chloride (NH4Cl), ammonium sulfate (NH4)2SO4 and ammonium bicarbonate (NH4HCO3), have been conducted. The obtained results showed that ammonium bicarbonate proved to be the most appropriate reagent choice for pyrite mineral activation. These results are confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), performed to determine the surface chemistry of pyrite in its natural state, after lime treatment and subsequent treatment by NH4HCO3. The registered XPS spectra indicate that the hydrophilic phases on the pyrite surface could be efficiently removed by using the ammonium salt NH4HCO3. The industrial use of NH4HCO3 as an activator of lime-depressed pyrite is a possible alternative for sulfuric acid replacement as a most widely used pyrite activator. Flotation experiments with addition of 200, 400, 600 and 800 g/t from each of the studied ammonium salts have been conducted. Furthermore, the impact of the flotation pulp pH within the scope of 9.00 – 10.50 was also investigated. The obtained results from the laboratory flotation experiments, showed that the pyrite activation with ammonium bicarbonate is an excellent possibility for replacing the sulfuric acid as main pyrite activator reagent, in order to eliminate the gypsum accumulation during the flotation of pyrite in Chelopech concentrator.INTRODUCTION The Chelopech deposit, located about 60 km east of Sofia is one of the largest Cu-Au deposits in Europe. This paper describes its mechanism, structure, magnetic field distribution, application, economic benefit and safety performance. The 10 years? service life in Benxi Steel?s Waitoushan Mine, along with 6 years? technological analysis on its application in 5500mm×8800mm (diameter × length) ball mill in Anshan Steel?s Diaojuntai mineral processing plant, has proved its advantages such as super reliability, long service life, light weight, thin thickness, low noise and short payback period. It has also demonstrated its positive effects on the grinding process such as high productivity, energy-effective performance and low consumption of grinding media. It reduces labour intensity and improves working conditions, due to its easy installation, free maintenance and the fact that it doesn?t require fastening bolts or cause slurry leakage. It is de-signed scientifically in accordance with the varieties of processing lines, mill specification, ore type and grinding media, and has been applied in different grinding processes for magnetite, hematite, gold ores, nonferrous ores and other materials. HermesTM MML has three types of products: General, Composite and Heavy-duty. They are designed to meet the requirements from customers in China and abroad. So far, more than 400 sets of MML have been applied in ball mills with diameter rang-ing from 1500mm to 5500mm. It has become highly popular in American market recently due to its safe and effective performance.
