The lower Middle Devonian Sylvania Sandstone occurs in the sub-surface in the western part of Mal-den township, Essex county, Ontario. The formation is composed of well rounded, frosted quartz grains with a silica content varying from 42 to 93 per cent and the grains are cemented by carbonate, constituting up to 57 per cent of the rock. This sand-stone is not a homogeneous bed but is divided by strata rich in carbon-ate cement. The thickness of the Sylvania in Malden township varies up to a known maximum thickness of 88 feet. The lower contact with the chert-bearing Bois Blanc formation is sharp but the upper contact with the Amherstburg formation (Detroit River group) exists as a transition by a gradual downward increase in quartz grains. The Sylvania would seem to outcrop in the lake bottom near the mouth of the Detroit River dipping to the north along a broad anticline the axis of which follows the Detroit River. A S far back as 1925, Brazeau Collieries, Limited, became interested in .briquetting. This was brought about by complaints from their principal customer that stack losses, due to a high percentage of fine coal in their mine run, were excessive. The Company considered oil spraying of the fines. This, after some experiments and tests had been made, was ruled out as uneconomical and impracticable. When sufficient oil to be effective was put into the fines, it caused the coal in the tender of stoker-fired engines t0 arch over the screw feeder. The Company ultimately placed their problem in the hands of the Re-search Department of the University of Alberta. Experimental work was carried on by this department over a period of more than a year. The results obtained and the experience gained in this research work were conveyed to Brazeau Collieries in a report dated October 31st, 1929, and in a supplementary report dated February 2nd, 1935. Most of the results obtained in experimenting with Brazeau coal are embodied in a brochure, reprinted from the proceedings of the Second International Conference on Bituminous Coal, Vol. 19-24-28, entitled Principles in the Briquetting of Coking and Non-Coking Bituminous Coals, by E. Stansfield and W. A. Lang. All who are interested in briquetting should read this brochure. In the writer's opinion, iris the most important treatise on the subject printed in recent years. The results given in the paper are, of course, those obtained in laboratory investigation. It was pointed out to the writer that it would be most interesting to have such results correlated with those obtained in commercial practice. In this short paper, an attempt is made to do so.

Recirculation is the major concern associated with the utilization of booster fans. In controlled recirculation, a portion of the return air is purposely mixed with the intake air and the mixture is directed towards a working district, while the air quantity and gas concentrations in the air are closely monitored and managed. The objectives of this study were to determine the gas concentration in intake and return airways during controlled recirculation, and to determine the recirculation fraction for multiple headings. Experiments were conducted in a laboratory model to determine the effect of controlled recirculation on the quality of air circulated through the working faces. Preliminary results showed that recirculation is beneficial to ventilation planning because it reduces the build-up of air contaminants at the working faces and reduces the overall power consumptions. The experimental results were used to quantify the recirculation fraction and to calibrate ventilation models of the laboratory model. These models are used to simulate the controlled recirculation and to predict the gas concentrations in multiple headings.

"The mining industry instinctively follows rule-of-thumb design velocities often based on very simplistic theoretical “economic velocity” optimization calculations to determine airway sizes. Although these are important building blocks in ventilation planning it should be recognized that mines are far more complex and various, often opposing factors, are at play. Therefore, it is important that each ventilation situation be analyzed on a case-by-case basis to determine the best-fit solution for an operation. The ventilation design process should not necessarily be constrained by theoretical optimal economic velocities that become rules-of-thumb. In some cases, this could lead to unrealistic infrastructure requirements and exorbitant capital expenditure. This type of design often lacks corporate support leading to a scenario where no ventilation upgrades are implemented. Economic velocities typically consider the cost of power, development costs and operational risk. These typical rules-of-thumb work reasonably well as a starting off point when considering feasibility of greenfield projects. For established mines that are looking at expansion these rules may not be appropriate due to capital expenditure constraints or geotechnical ground conditions. The theoretical optimum should be reviewed in the case of an established mine where existing infrastructure could perhaps be maximized. For example, the geotechnical risk of large diameter raises at depth may require multiple small diameter raise to maintain the theoretical economic velocity. If a mine has a life of less than 5 years, then the cost of power is an insignificant proportion of the total owning cost. For these mines, operating the ventilation raises at an increased velocity to avoid a complicated and expensive capital upgrade might be the more appropriate option, even though it opposes the traditional rules-of-thumb. Mines which are capital constrained may be better off accepting a higher operating cost for the interim or settle for minor infrastructure upgrades rather than run the risk of the entire ventilation upgrade not being approved at all. This paper explores a number of examples derived from case studies undertaken by the authors for several deep mechanized mining projects in Australasia. The examples explore conditions under which higher than the economic norm would be applicable."

This paper briefly describes some of the phenomena encountered when materials are submitted to extremely high pressures, such as those produced by the detonation of an explosive charge placed in contact with the material. It was found that extensive changes take place in the? microstructure of iron and steel. Diffusion-controlled processes, such as the transformation of lamellar pearlite, the recrystallization and grain growth of ferrite, and the homogenization of the pearlite-ferrite structure, can take place within micro-or milliseconds. Mechanical twins can propagate without deviation from ferrite to pearlite, thus indicating a proeutectoid ferrite-pearlite-ferrite orientation relationship. "Newmont’s Mike prospect, currently undeveloped, is a blind Cu-Au(-Zn) deposit on the Carlin Trend, containing >8.5 M oz. Au, 1027 M lbs. Cu, and 809 M lbs. Zn as Carlin-type gold and polymetallic Cu-Zn minerals in Paleozoic lower-plate carbonates and shales. This project was undertaken 1) to examine the effectiveness of different lixiviants for leaching the Mike supergene Cu-Au ores via bottle roll tests, and 2) to determine what ore minerals resist dissolution in each leaching agent by comparing the mineralogy and chemistry of head and tail samples. Sulfuric and sulfurous acids were used to leach copper and cyanide was used to leach gold. Thiourea, glycine, and other lixiviants were used to leach both base metals and precious metal. QEMSCAN and SEM study of six samples of different ore types and grades indicate that the Au occurs as varieties of native gold, including auricupride and electrum. Major Cu minerals are native Cu, cuprite, malachite, chrysocolla, and conichalcite (Ca-Cu arsenate), with locally significant Cu in jarosite and goethite. Gangue mineralogy is dominated by quartz, sericite, chlorite, alunite, smectite and kaolinite, K-feldspar, and iron oxides (sensu lato). Results of bottle roll tests and leach residue mineralogy will be presented and discussed at the conference.INTRODUCTION Resource and Geologic Setting The Mike deposit is a large, blind Cu-Au(-Zn) deposit in the Maggie Creek district of the Carlin Trend of Nevada, USA, near the Gold Quarry mine (Figure 1). The mineral inventory, based on drilling, is 8.568 Moz. Au, 1027 M lbs. Cu, and 809 M lbs. Foreword: It is not my purpose, in this address, to write the history of the Geological Survey of Canada, which has from time to time been reviewed by the officers of the Survey itself, and by men more competent than myself to handle so large a subject, but rather to set out some of the reasons for the regard in which the Survey is held by our Institute, the body best qualified to speak for the mining men of Canada. And, a further purpose is to publish the desire of our Institute that the work of the Survey shall be maintained at the highest pitch of efficiency the resources of our country. will permit, because to scrimp expenses on the Survey is 'to save at the spigot and lose at the bunghole." A historical examination of the grounds on which it may be asserted the Geological Survey has been, and still is, of fundamental economic value to our country, discloses a prescience on the part of the forefathers of Canada, calling for our admiring gratitude, and reveals a unanimity among the real leaders of Canadian thought, on the value of geological knowledge, that is impressive in its continuance dawn to this date. There seems always to have been before our people the realisation that large stretches of Canada are unfitted for agricultural settlement, and that our glaciated areas, the barrens and tundra of the North, and our extensive mountain ranges, had promise of compensating mineral content which the geologist and the prospector, labouring together through the years, would disclose. The Geological Survey is one of Canada's oldest public services, distinguished by an unimpaired tradition of honourable and useful labour. Founded in 1843, under William Edmond Logan, not yet 'Sir William', one year after the Act of Union, it was directed by him until 1869, or into the early years of Confederation, so that the early years .of the Survey were also, politically, the formative years of Canada, as we know her today.

"The 1980s have proven extremely difficult years for many resource-based organizations. Mining companies have learned how to weather the negative effects of inevitable economic cycles. However, with some notable exceptions, such as gold mining companies, the mining industry has faced a broader and deeper round of cutbacks than any experienced since the 1930s. Downsizing has been a major issue for many mining companies as they have faced the need for dramatic staffing cost reductions in the recent past.The continuing current rapid rate of change in technology and the marketplace, coupled with increasing merger and acquisition activity, will provide an on-going need for some companies to face major reorganization. This inevitably will involve down-sizing activity in some instances.Given this scenario, it is worth reviewing the industry's past experiences to identify approaches and techniques that could prove of value in handling a future staff downsizing challenge. This paper is based upon a downsizing consultant's experiences with the mining industry and other sectors, and highlights what appear to be key staff reduction planning and process issues.Planning for DownsizingA review of companies' downsizing activities of the last few years reveals four key activity stages which need to be addressed to ensure a successful transition. These stages are:1. organization planning;2. developing cost reduction strategies;3. implementing downsizing; and4. building for the future.A business situation that is severe enough to require drastic staff cuts typically affects all aspects of a company's operations. Most mining companies have reviewed cost efficiencies in many operational areas. However, these reviews often have been short term in focus . As a result, some companies have experienced multiple downsizing; each event a response to an immediate economic threat. This has sometimes resulted in an unstable organizational environment, with severe stresses on staff morale and productivity.In the long term it is more efficient and less stressful to the organization to adopt a more comprehensive and longer-term strategy. Especially in capital intensive mining operations, it makes sense to review all areas of business activity, not just staffing."

"Most underground mines require heating or cooling systems to meet health and safety standards in the working areas. In regions where daily or seasonal fluctuations of environmental conditions exist, these systems tend to be over-sized and operate at low average load factors, which increase both investment and operating costs. One possible approach to reduce the temperature variations of the fresh air supplied to the mine, and so reducing the investment in large heating or cooling systems, is to use rock as a thermal regenerator or thermal storage system. Packed rock beds act as thermal inertial units, damping the atmospheric temperature oscillations to provide a more constant fresh air temperature. However, although regenerators exist in some mines, and packed bed rocks have been studied in detail in solar thermal power applications, there is a lack of tools to design new and sufficiently large storage systems of this kind. This work fills the existing gap by presenting a methodology to design and evaluate the impact on the ventilation systems of these regenerators. The method is validated using existing rock bed systems found in the literature and illustrates possible designs for small and large size regenerators in both hot and cold climates.1 INTRODUCTION “ It is quite amazing how often answers to extremely complicated problems can be obtained in this way, by using greatly simplified models of the real situation for the purpose of calculation.” Whiller, A. in private communication to J. Motivation Most underground mines located in regions with extreme climatic conditions require the thermal pre-treatment of the fresh ventilation airflows, whether for heating or cooling. Heating commonly is needed in sites with sub-zero temperatures and is usually effected by direct or indirect burning of natural gas or propane. Alternatively, cooling is required in areas with hot temperatures, or in mines with high underground thermal loads where the fresh air at ambient temperature cannot provide enough refrigeration. Thus, when the ambient air conditions cannot provide by itself enough thermal power to ensure safe underground working conditions, a heating or cooling plant is required, which involves a considerable equipment and operation cost."

"Lundin Mining’s Eagle Operation, located in Marquette County, northern Michigan consists of a mine and concentrator that processes a Ni-Cu-(PGE) ore. Mine production began in 2014 and is expected to achieve production of approximately 23,000 tonnes of Ni and 20,000 tonnes of Cu per year. The ore is trucked to the Humboldt Mill, where both a Ni and Cu concentrate is produced.XPS Consulting & Testwork Services (XPS) has assisted the team at Eagle since 2013. Prior to start up, the ore was piloted at the XPS lab in Sudbury, Ontario to demonstrate the concentrator flowsheet and establish flotation operating strategy. XPS consulting metallurgists worked closely with the Eagle team during the commissioning of the plant providing troubleshooting, sampling, metal balancing expertise and support. Finally, a series of monthly composites over a 6 month period was submitted for mineralogical characterization to assess plant performance, identify opportunities for improvement and to provide a baseline for the future operation.Lundin’s investment to test the ores ahead of mining and to team with XPS’s experienced mineral processing engineers to help commission the plant has led to the plant achieving concentrator production targets shortly after startup. The commitment to training and implementation of best practices, and a culture where ongoing testing is the norm, puts the Eagle Operation on sound footing for future operation.INTRODUCTIONLundin’s Eagle Mine is a subsidiary of Lundin Mining located in the upper peninsula of Michigan. The mine itself is an underground operation and the ore is trucked from the Eagle mine site 2 hours to the Humboldt mill.The ore is an ultramafic hosted high grade Cu Ni deposit and exists as either massive or semi massive sulphides. The high resource grade of Cu (2.49%) and Ni (2.93%) make this a valuable ore source. (Owen & Meyer, 2013) A metallurgical team was put together by Lundin to ensure the mill was designed and commissioned to optimize metallurgy in the shortest time from this valuable deposit. The commissioning plan targeted commercial production by Q1 2015."

"The commercial potential of a silica-kaolin deposit that occurs on the banks of and close to the Missinaibi River in the District of Cochrane, Ontario, is under evaluation by Algocen Mines Limited. The geological features of the deposit, as well as its probable origin, are described. Mineralogical analysis of the deposit samples indicates that the principal minerals are quartz and kaolinite clay; it is estimated that about 20 per cent of the deposit is kaolin clay. The impurity minerals present are: a slightly magnetic Fe-Ti oxide mineral, goethite, muscovite mica, tour-maline, staurolite, anatase and zircon. Laboratory research studies are in progress to develop and evaluate suit-able methods for the separation of silica sand from kaolin. Results to date indicate that good-quality silica sand with an Fe,03 content in the range of 0.012 to 0.025 per cent can be produced. It appears that the clay portion can also be beneficiated to yield products meeting commercial requirements. It has been possible to beneficiate a portion of theetlay to obtain the particle size distribution now specified by industry. However, research is continuing to develop suitable separation and beneficiation methods which can produce kaolin clay meeting all the commercial requirements."

The microstructures and grain sizes of nanocrystalline Co and Co-1.1 wt % P alloys were characterized by X-ray diffraction. The corrosion properties of as-deposited and annealed Co-l.l wt % P alloys and pure nanocrystalline Co were studied in a deaerated 0.1M H2SO4 solution using electrochemical measurements and XPS surface analysis. Potentiodynamic polarization testing and impedance measurements revealed that an addition of P to pure nanocrystalline Co improved the anodic-corrosion resistance, however, this enhanced corrosion resistance was compromised by the heat treatment process at 350 and 800°C. The corroded surface of annealed nanocrystalline Co-1.1 wt % P at 350°C exhibited a more porous P-enriched layer compared with the as-deposited case. A sample annealed at 800°C corroded uniformly showing second-phase precipitates. The enhanced corrosion resistance of as-deposited nanocrystalline Co-1.1 wt % P was attributed to the elemental P on the surface that acted to hinder the anodic dissolution kinetics of surface Co following an initial selective dissolution of Co. However, at a higher anodic overpotential region, the superior corrosion resistance of Co-l.l wt% P alloys did not last because of the formation of a non-protective surface film consisting of mainly hypophosphite and phosphate as well as elemental P.

"Potash flotation is an industrially proven success of flotation of soluble salts, but its collector adsorption mechanism remains elusive. In this paper, specific ion effects in NaCl-KCl flotation with carboxylate collectors were investigated. Flotation recovery and contact angle were determined as a function of brine composition of NaCl and KCl. The experimental results have shown that wettability of KCl and flotation of the soluble salts with laurate collectors were dependent on brine ion composition. Specifically, adding Na+ to brines decreased hydrophobicity of KCl crystals and their flotation recovery. Both KCl and NaCl could be floated with laurate collectors. However, flotation of NaCl was greatly enhanced by adding K+ to brine whereas flotation of KCl was significantly suppressed by the presence of Na ions. The decrease in KCl recovery upon adding Na+ is attributed to the counter-ion binding in the pulp. The flotation recovery enhancement of NaCl in the presence of K+ is explained by two effects: 1) increasing K+ concentration leads to a better dispersion of collector colloids in the pulp and 2) K+ enhances the collector adsorption at NaCl crystal surfaces. The water affinity matching rule can explain the specific ion binding behaviors and supported by the SFG spectroscopic results.INTRODUCTIONPotassium is an important fertilizer. Its primary source comes from potash ores, which are a mixture of sylvite (KCl), halite (NaCl) and many other complex double salts such as carnallite (KCl·MgCl·6H2O), alkali nitrates such as KNO3 and NaNO3, and sulfates-langbeinite (2MgSO4·K2SO4) with water-insoluble minerals such as clay and carbonate minerals. Previously, these salts were recovered with a lengthy hot leaching method, with further crystallization of potassium salts from saturated saline solutions. Selective flotation has been preferred since 1940s. Various collector adsorption mechanisms have been proposed soon after the industrial introduction of potash flotation. These include the formation of the insoluble compound model (Halbich, 1933; Singewald, 1961), an ion exchange model (Fuerstenau and Fuerstenau, 1956), a heat of solution model (Rogers, 1957), the surface hydration model (Schubert, 1988), the surface charge model (Roman, 1966; Miller et al., 1992), the interfacial water structure model (Hancer and Miller, 2000) and the colloid adsorption model (Leja, 1983; Burdukova and Laskowski, 2009). Most of the early exercises attempting to propose a unified rule on collector adsorption mechanisms can be seen as heroic endeavors due to the consideration of a vast number of salts in the pulp including alkali halides, nitrates, and sulfates, even the practically insoluble heavy earth metals. Additionally, several types of surfactants with different polarization features and alkyl chain length have been employed. As for the recent models, due probably to the preferential application of long chain amines as collectors in industrial potash flotation, most researchers are only devoted to collectors with low polarization features like amines and sulfonates (Hancer and Miller, 2000; Du et al., 2014). Collector adsorption mechanisms are therefore proposed based largely on a neglect of carboxylates as collectors. However, carboxylates remain an important collector type in soluble salt flotation systems where both salt minerals can be floated using anionic collectors and cationic collectors. Fatty acid type collectors are still one of the widely used collectors for soluble salt flotation and also one of the first to be applied on an industrial scale for the separation of potash ore (Hernáinz et al., 2003; Titkov, 2004). Here we examine some recent models that are relevant to our study to reveal a long neglected specific ion binding effects in potash flotation."

Dofasco was the first company to adopt oxygen steelmaking in North America in 1954, two years after the first LD vessel installed and operated successfully in Linz, Austria. Since then, Dofasco has investigated and implemented several strategies to maximize hot metal usage and minimize overall cost. Some key strategies -low hot metal silicon, combined blowing conversion, vacuum degassing tank upgrade and BOF slag carryover control - are discussed. Post combustion, scrap preheat, carbon injection trials along with current operating philosophies are described.

"After having performed qualitative and quantitative tests on nearly 550 rock specimens from tunnel projects throughout the world and comparing the results with actual boring in eight distinctly different rock types which varied in compressive strength from 12,000 to over 34,000 psi, it has been concluded that any rock -andesite, granite and even taconite -can be machine-bored. The question is -can it be bored economically? The intent of this paper is to delineate the investigative needs to accurately and reliably answer this question. A piece of NX core in the hand represents less than 50 per cent of the worthwhile geologic information that could have been obtained from a given core hole. A thorough site investigation by competent personnel can gene-rally foretell to what extent, if any, varying geologic conditions will hinder machine progress.A laboratory testing technique has been developed that has been correlated well (80 to 120 per cent) with actual boring results. This technique will be discussed in detail. Rock cutter life is a function of the penetration rate and the forces required to sustain that rate. Cutters are now, and will be for .some time to come, the single, most expensive consumable item involved in continuous tunneling in hard rock. It is by strict attention to predicting these rates and forces that tunneling costs can be optimized."

EARLY in 1951, Falconbridge undertook a research program aimed at the development of a sulphate roasting process for the recovery of the non-ferrous rnetals from the nickeliferous pyrrhotite fraction of Falconbridge ore, in order to reduce the tonnage of iron entering the srnelter. Such a method, it was hoped, would permit a high recovery of the nickel from pyrrhotite otherwise entering the smelter feed, thus not only raising the grade of the latter and reducing its iron content, but also providing an iron oxide residue useful as a source of by-product iron ore. At an early stage in the exploratory laboratory test work it was found that the degree to which the nickel could be solubilized by the sulphating roasting treatment was limited by particle size and the ex-tent to which the pyrrhotite concentrates were freed of the nickel occurring as physically separable pentlandite, a mineral relatively difficult to roast. A thermohydrodynamic computer code has been used to simulate dust explosions. For sulphide dusts, the thermodynamic predictions are used to investigate the effect of dust concentration, mineral content and inert materials as well as the quantity of sulphur dioxide produced. It was found that the amount of oxygen available for the explosion is very important and that the dust concentration which gives maximum explosion pressures is obtained at zero or slightly negative oxygen balance values. The sulphide minerals were found to have the following explosibility sequence: pyrrhotite, pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, covellite, chalcocite and galena, which is in agreement with mine experience. The results show that theoretical calculations can be used to predict explosion pressures and toxic gases produced by a dust explosion and therefore they can assist in the design of protective measures .

The amount of impurities to be processed in a copper smelting process has increased for recent years because of an increase in the electronic scrap amount. It has been found that Sb and Ni effect on the operation of our copper electrorefining process. It is found that the current efficiency of the copper electrorefining tended to be decreased as the Ni concentration in the electrolyte increased. The passivation of the process seemed to be more related to SO4 concentration in the electrolyte rather than the Ni concentration in it. The current efficiency decreased when the Sb content in the anode was high. A high Sb content in the anode caused easy passivation by forming a gel-like film in the slime layer. We have developed a method to for see the anode passivation in a short time while generating a slime layer. We confirmed the tendency of passivation through the experiment of changing Pb content in anode. Passivation was easily occur with an increase in Pb content in the anode. The amount of slime increased as the Pb content in the anode increased. This suggests that passivation was facilitated because liquid diffusion near the anode was inhibited. INTRODUCTION The amount of impurities to be processed in copper smelting has been growing in recent years because the amount of electronic scrap has increased. Figure 1 shows that the contents of Sb and Ni in copper anodes have increased since 2007.High Sb and Ni contents in the copper anode decreased the current efficiency of the process and made the quality of copper cathode poor because of the anode passivation and the formation of floating slime in the electrolyte during electrorefining. If these influences of impurities are suppressed, it would be possible to make copper electro-refining current density higher and to process much amount of electronic scrap. The firms in construction industry could not sufficiently adapt the rapidly emerging information technologies in recent years into their corporate structures. Therefore, in an effort to further exploit the benefits of information technology (IT), integration of the experiences and backgrounds of construction industry and the advantages of IT, is one of the most open-ended fields for improvement in this industry. Utilization of IT in the construction sites will positively affect the efficiency, productivity, quality and health & safety issues in the construction sites thus the cost and completion time of the projects. Within this context, augmented reality technology, which brings a new perspective into IT, can be put into the service of construction industry. Augmented reality which has been designed to improve the services in many application domains such as school education, military warfare, military trainings, industrial maintenance, retail and medical, can be defined in the simplest form as augmenting the real world with information from the virtual world. The main aim of this study, which presents an overview of an ongoing project, is to develop an innovative method by making a construction worker, foreman, equipment operator or a site engineer watch a very comprehensive and informative animation which will enable the said staff to perform or supervise all the phases of the activity he or she is in charge for in a more efficient, productive, safer and qualified manner by means of smart glasses using augmented reality systems. In this respect, training material related with the activities in the construction sites will be prepared and with a well-fictionalized scenario, animations exhibiting all the phases and details regarding the related activity (e.g. masonry, formwork and rebar works etc.), method of statement, correct and incorrect applications in comparison-wise manner, will be produced. Therefore, the user will be able to reach the training material, method statements etc. in the animations about the activity he or she is in charge for, enabling him or her to figure out the work as prescribed in the specifications. Basic trainings about the system will be given to target group, i.e. construction workers, foremen, operators, site engineers and managers working in the construction sites to apply the system on sites after all the system was tested. After the testings, to determine the effectiveness of this system, semi-structured interviews and survey questionnaires will be conducted among the mentioned target group. Therefore, the potential benefits of this system to the construction industry can be determined. The main target of this study is to implement an efficient, thorough construction management by orienting the staff in the construction sites to perform efficient, safe and qualified works by means of smart glasses that use augmented reality. There are relatively few studies about the implementations of augmented reality technology in construction. The outputs to be attained in the end of the study have the potential of improvement of time, cost, quality and safety parameters by ensuring a qualified, safe, efficient and productive construction management via augmented reality technology in the construction industry.
